Race Description
Race 1 in the Splash 'N Dash Series will begin with a 250 meter, 5 Lengths, swim in the Triangle Aquatic Center Competition Pool. The swimmers will complete 1 length of the pool in 1 lane, swim under the rope and proceed down the next lane. Swimmers will then use the ladder to exit the pool into the transition area. The transition area is in the bottom parking lot of the TAC. Participants will change into their running gear and proceed up the small hill into Cary Towne Mall Parking Lot. The run is 1 lap around the interior road of the mall. After the first lap, participants will enter the TAC parking lot and make a right turn to the finish line. The finish line is just past the main entrance of the building.
Parking is located in overflow parking section of the Cary Towne Mall. There is no parking inside the TAC.
T Shirts are only given to Season Pass holders.

A $10.00 fee (for USAT race day insurance) will be added if you are not a USAT member.

A 50% refund is available until June 8. No refund is available after June 9 and your entry cannot be transferred to another event.
