FS Series is an event production and timing company based in Raleigh/Cary, NC. We held our first multi-sport event in April of 2007 and have grown to over 60 events in just 4 short years. In 2011 our team is involved in 21 triathlons, 4 duathlons, 2 marathons, 7 Open Water Swims and over 40 running races.
In 2008, we purchased a Winning Time timing system so we could not only race direct but time our events as well. We now use a RFID mult-sport tag with RFID Ultra System. We can provide start/finish times and up to 5 splits for multi-sport events. Results are produced LIVE, on-site for awards and age group competitors in a timely fashion.
With the changing market of race timing, FS has purchased a disposable bib tag option for race directors. RFID Timing Systems gives us the ability to time large scale races with less user error and labor intensive chips. The Ultra timing system from RFID Timing Systems allows the BAP (coder) to attach to the back of the bibs, so the user doesn't have to remove the tag from the bib. This move has truly made us a full service event production company.
